Refund Policy

• Refunds will be credited your original payment method
• The whole process, right from receiving your returned items in our Customer Fulfilment Centre, to running a check on the returned items and your bank processing the return, may take up to 3 weeks
• Delivery fee (if any) will not be refunded
• Cash on delivery fees will not be refunded

Cash on Delivery order refund process we will not be possible to refund in cash , you may contact us and provide your bank account details & we will transfer money to your bank account ( bank account name has to be same like your registered name in our website) or it will be issued as czozo gift card to use it in your next purchase
